Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full time Retail Assistant Manager at our High Plainz Strains of Garden City location.

This is a full-time position, with a typical schedule of 35+ hours per week across five shifts. Overtime may be available as needed. Open availability is essential, as the store operates daily from 8 AM to 12 AM, including holidays and weekends. The only day the store is closed is Christmas Day.
The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience in customer service, shift management, and cash handling. Previous retail management experience is highly desirable, and familiarity with the cannabis industry is a significant advantage. We seek someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with both customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment are essential. Given the highly regulated nature of our industry, adherence to rules, regulations, and established SOPs is crucial. High ethical standards are mandatory, as you will be responsible for handling both product and cash daily.
Pay - this position starts at $19/hour plus tips.
