- Base salary: Starting at $250,000 for newly graduated Fellows

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive neonatology care to newborns in Level III NICUs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists
- Manage critically ill neonates using advanced techniques such as high frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
- Participate in teaching, quality improvement, and research initiatives
- Contribute to family-centered care in a supportive environment
- Document clinical findings and treatments accurately
- Support the hospital’s commitment to evidence-based, high-quality neonatal outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
- Active medical licensure in Nevada (or eligible)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Level III NICU settings
- Fellowship-trained in neonatology
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
