The physician will provide comprehensive primary care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions while working closely with an interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Completion of an acceptable Family Medicine residency
- Board certification through an appropriate recognized medical board is required/accepted
- Active California Medical Board license
- Experience in an FQHC or similar practice serving diverse, uninsured, or underserved populations
