Primary Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
• We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible.
• When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
