What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional, and exceptional service to our customers by phone, email, text, video, and in person.
- Help customers understand their insurance, answer questions, and make policy changes.
- Work with our underwriting and claims teams to solve problems and advocate for customers.
- Learn, grow, and take on new opportunities as you develop your skills and career.
What We're Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Someone who's organized, dependable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn.
- No insurance experience required! We'll provide training and help you get licensed.
- Able to reliably commute to our Moraga office (full-time, in-person position).

- $25–$35/hour starting pay, based on experience and licensing.
