ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2017, we've grown into a team of more than 40 professionals who are committed to helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career as an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships. Those same principles continue to drive our agency today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.


This is a remote position.
