Pay Range: $70,000–$120,000 Annually
Kansas City Hyundai is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department! If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to maximize your earning potential, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Greet customers and write accurate repair orders.

Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.

Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines clearly.

Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Build lasting customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A team-oriented attitude and a desire to succeed.

Automotive knowledge and the ability to explain repairs to customers.
