We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation, warehouse, production, packaging, or forklift experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect and prepare materials, reels, boxes, and pallets for production
• Package, wrap, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain accurate inventory, production, and ERP system records
• Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks throughout the production area
• Organize warehouse and production areas to maintain efficiency and safety
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety requirements at all times

Requirements

• 6+ months of machine operation, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Machine operation
• Forklift operation
• Warehouse or inventory experience
• Packaging and shipping
• ERP systems or inventory tracking software
• Manufacturing or production environments
• Cleanroom or GMP environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
