Now hiring a Data Entry Specialist in Pensacola, FL .
This position will report directly to a Team Leader, supervised by Assistant Controller.
This position has room to grow quickly within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying and filling Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy Meet deadlines All data entry, no work over the phone Transfer information from paper to the computer PAY | $15.50/hr. SCHEDULE | Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hr. lunch) REQUIREMENTS | Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Invoice coding and processing experience TEL Staffing complies with regulations enforced by the EEOC.
This position is Temp to Hire.
No benefits are offered during the temp period.
