About the Role:

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can manage campaigns, oversee content creation, and analyze market trends to optimize engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and traditional marketing, event coordination, and performance metrics analysis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals to drive immediate brand awareness and growth.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, and print) to engage target audiences and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Market Research: Quickly analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to showcase products and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor marketing activities and analyze data to measure effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.


Required Skills and Attributes:

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results quickly.
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in the manufacturing or transportation sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
