You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality care throughout your shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding * Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility * Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff * Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy * Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures * Accurately document care provided and resident observations * Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights * Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members * Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment Qualifications * Active California CNA certification required * Current CPR certification preferred * Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care * Ability to follow instructions and prioritize resident needs * Commitment to providing exceptional resident care Apply Today!
