Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
Experience with facilities management software is preferred
The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction
Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
