Position Snapshot

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: None
• Patients: All ages
• Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine + Urgent Care
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pace: Steady workflow, strong support staff, modern clinical environment

You’ll spend the majority of your time providing care — the rest leading your center’s clinical excellence.

Core Responsibilities Clinical Care (Primary Focus)

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and urgent care needs
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, injections, splinting)
• Order/interpret X-rays, labs, and diagnostic testing
• Deliver evidence-based occupational and urgent care

Clinical Leadership

• Lead and mentor NPs/PAs
• Maintain clinical quality and patient safety
• Partner with Center Director on operational goals
• Engage with local employers and community partners
• Support staffing, workflow, and team development
• Serve as the face of clinical excellence within the center

Candidate Requirements

• Active & unrestricted Oklahoma medical license + DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible (ABMS or AOA)
• Eligible for Medicare Participation
• FMCSA NRCME (or willingness to obtain — training provided)
• Background in FM, IM, EM, UC, or Occupational Medicine
• Leadership experience a plus (but not required!)
