Job Description:
As the Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for providing outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, and upholding high quality guest service standards.
To become an integral part of the Front Office team you will need:
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach with hands and arms.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor environments.
Must be a self-starter with a great personality and strong skills.
