JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Specialist to provide unparalleled support and guidance to both employees and managers across a wide range of HR-related queries and cases. The ideal candidate will act as an escalation point, leveraging in-depth knowledge and resources to offer best in practice solutions, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and empathy. This role requires strong multi-tasking skills to manage a high volume of cases effectively, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
