Schedule: Full-Time, Outpatient with Resident Teaching Responsibilities
Desert Valley in Victorville, CA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Core Faculty member. This unique role combines patient care with the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians.

Full-time, outpatient position with a focus on primary care
Teach and mentor residents in a dynamic, hands-on clinical environment
Engage in curriculum development, didactic teaching, and clinical supervision

Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid California medical license or ability to obtain one
