In this role, youll join our Customer Experience Team as a key contributor, gaining hands-on experience with real-world applications while building the foundation for a successful career.
As a senior-level member of the team, youll have the opportunity to tackle complex, meaningful work while developing your technical expertise and professional skills.
Youll collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure precision in product selection and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to learn, take on challenges, and grow into other opportunities within the company.
Youll not only build strong technical knowledge but also develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
What Youll Do: Serve as a key resource on the Customer Experience Team, supporting complex requests and continuously developing your expertise Build strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming a trusted partner and point of contact Assist with processing orders, quotes, and customer inquiries across a variety of accounts Apply your engineering knowledge to support product selection and generate accurate, competitive quotations Coordinate order processing to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery Provide timely updates and proactively manage order status and customer expectations Analyze inventory needs and recommend solutions to best support customers Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and deliver high-quality solutions Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience Support team growth by sharing knowledge and helping others develop If youre a motivated engineering graduate looking for a role where you can learn quickly, make an impact, and grow with a company thats on the rise, wed love to hear from you!
