Front Desk Agent – 3 PM to 11 PMWe are looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift.As a Front Desk Agent, you are one of the first and last impressions our guests have of the hotel. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can confidently handle a busy front desk while providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and provide friendly, professional serviceCheck guests in and out accurately and efficientlyAnswer phones and assist with reservations and guest questionsRespond to guest requests and concernsProcess payments and maintain accurate guest accountsCommunicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest needsComplete shift checklists and front desk dutiesMaintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby areaFollow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standardsAssist other departments when needed to ensure a positive guest experienceQualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsDependable and punctualComfortable working independently and problem-solvingBasic computer skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHotel or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right personSchedule3:00 PM–11:00 PMApplicants must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows through on responsibilities, and enjoys being part of a team.Apply today to join our team!
