In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, physicians, visitors, and healthcare staff by following established cleaning procedures and infection prevention standards.We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of cleanliness in a medical environment, and can work independently while consistently delivering high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesPerform terminal cleaning of patient recovery rooms and clinical areasDust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areasClean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, waiting areas, and common spacesEmpty trash and replace liners throughout the facilityAssist with linen removal and transportSupport nursing staff by cleaning and preparing recovery rooms for incoming patientsFollow all client-specific cleaning procedures and infection prevention protocolsSafely operate commercial cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to company standardsMaintain a professional appearance and represent Clean Team with exceptional customer serviceQualificationsTo be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following:Previous commercial cleaning, healthcare environmental services, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attendance, reliability, and punctualityMust be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's licenseReliable personal transportationCurrent automobile insuranceAbility to successfully complete a criminal background checkAbility to meet client health requirements, including vaccination documentation and TB testing as requiredWhy Join Clean Team?At Clean Team, we understand that healthcare cleaning plays an essential role in protecting patients and supporting medical professionals.
