EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. ALSO DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification, IAT Level II, AND Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or higher level AT TIME OF PROPOSAL. No separate degree minimum stated in task-specific PWS; underlying JETS IDIQ LCAT requirements apply. PWS pp. 26 27.

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

• FIVE years progressive experience in a medium-to-large IT environment, including THREE years integrating/managing Windows application servers and installing, configuring and supporting applications/devices. TWO or more years technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 OR Microsoft Azure. Demonstrate capability to administer/support endpoint management systems and provide Tier 3 troubleshooting. PWS pp. 25 27.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

• PWS preferred criteria:
  5 combined years systems administration with Windows 11 and/or Server 2019 or newer.
  3 years Active Directory administration with MS 2019 or newer.
  2 years Dell Wyse Management Suite.
  2 years Tanium.
  2 years Menlo Security Console.
  2 years Azure infrastructure/services (e.g., Defender, Intune, Purview).
  2 years application testing with software solutions within past 2 years.
  At least 5 years PowerShell or VBScript scripting automation.
  At least 4 years SCCM/MECM administration within past 3 years.
  Clarification needed for SCCM/MECM duration exceeding its stated recency window. These are preferred, not mandatory, criteria. PWS p. 26.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer on-premises/cloud NIPRNet and SIPRNet endpoint infrastructure: Menlo, Dell Wyse WMS, Tanium, ForeScout and MECM.
• Support Teams, Defender for Endpoints, Intune, Advanced Group Policy Management and other endpoint tools.
• Plan, test, troubleshoot and integrate functional/security requirements; coordinate with external partners.
• Support ZoomGov, AdobeConnect, Teams and SharePoint Online endpoint functionality.
• Implement endpoint security requirements, patching, upgrades, installations and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide local/remote maintenance and Tier 3 resolution for end users and Tier 1/2 teams.
• Maintain training, documentation, automation and continuity; research/adapt to new endpoint technologies.
