What You’ll Do
- Manage clinical care of high-risk neonates and infants
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Attend deliveries and perform all necessary procedures
- Educate families on neonatal care and support
- Exercise autonomy in clinical decision-making within the NICU setting
- Support both hospital units with high patient volumes and complex cases
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Oregon RN license or eligible to obtain Oregon license
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Completion of at least a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency
- Experience in high-acuity neonatal or delivery room settings (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Level III NICU care
- Strong procedural and diagnostic skills for neonatal patients
