About the Role
Page Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fort Myers, Florida. As an Occupational Therapist at Page Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their full potential. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center offers a variety of services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as skilled nursing care.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
Develop and implement occupational therapy programs to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide patient education and support to promote smooth transitions to home or community settings
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
