This is a 1st shift position, working 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as production demands require.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
  • Participate in the Process Change Request (PCR) process by documenting submissions, implementation, progress, and conclusions.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers with new product launches, process development, tooling implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform CNC machine setup, tooling changes, offsets, and process adjustments as needed.
  • Review CMM inspection results and assist in troubleshooting machining and quality issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining production standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, IT, Maintenance, and suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Assist with equipment installation, startup, and validation activities.
  • Train production employees on new equipment, tooling, manufacturing processes, and work instructions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and use hands to handle tools and equipment. The employee will work both at a computer workstation and on the manufacturing floor throughout the day and must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

WHO YOU ARE:

As an employee-owner, you bring a collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement. You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively, and enjoy solving problems in a team environment.
