Job description
Salary job! $40,000/year! Looking to add an experienced house cleaning company scheduler to assist in managing all aspects. Must have a drivers license and experience with scheduling cleanings. Bi-lingual a plus. The job is 8-4 Monday through Friday, no weekends. Flexible with time off for appointments.


Scheduling Duties:
  • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for residential and commercial clients.
  • Assign jobs to cleaning staff based on availability, location, and skill level.
  • Adjust schedules as needed due to client requests, cancellations, or employee availability.
  • Communicate schedule updates to cleaners and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of services rendered and staff hours.

Quality Control Duties:
  • Conduct on-site and post-clean inspections to ensure service meets company standards.
  • Address client concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Provide feedback and retraining to cleaners as needed based on performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures.
  • Monitor supplies and equipment quality used during cleaning.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in scheduling, operations, or quality control (cleaning industry preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and mobile apps.
  • Valid driver's license (if inspections or field visits are required).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or field service management software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, ZenMaid).
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
