/Preferred QualificationsWe are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to join our team. TSE's are responsible for resolving complex technical issues that go beyond the scope of first-line product support. This role involves both remote troubleshooting and on-site support at customer locations, requiring deep system knowledge and sound judgment in applying broadly defined practices and policies.
