We are hiring talented Team Member/Decorator to join our team.
As a Team Member/Decorator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our baked goods wow our customers while maintaining our quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring baked goods have an appealing finished product.
- Confirming all products meet our food safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Providing premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions.
- Icing, decorating and fulfilling customer special orders for cookie cakes.
- Selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions.
- Following Great American Cookies' guidelines for Cake Decorators
- Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation.

Ability to understand and follow directions from others. * Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. * Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment. * Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions. * Comfortable working on your feet for full shift * Reliable and hardworking * Able to lift 30lb boxes/icing and carry from freezer to worktable.
