Position Overview:
The Springs at Greer Gardens is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community! We offer a serene setting for our residents in Eugene Oregon, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care that is truly distinctive. We hire visionaries, great communicators, relationship builders, and leaders committed to “doing the right thing.” Because our employees and residents deserve the very best, the right candidate must be nurturing with employees, residents, and families. The Springs at Greer Gardens has 216 beautiful homes, including 109 independent living, 75 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments for our residents to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations. We offer a competative salary, bonus structure, and relocation bonus.
