Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective clients to introduce them to our insurance options.
Listen deeply to the needs of individuals and families to recommend coverage that provides true peace of mind.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes and explain complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.
Follow up with existing clients to review their coverage as their lives evolve and change.
Contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere where we celebrate every win and support one another through challenges.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow through on commitments made during meetings.
Requirement
California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Valid Life & Health Insurance License.
Two years of direct sales or customer service experience.
Strong proficiency in computer navigation and database management.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
