We want someone who knows how to run a great service call from start to finish—build trust, find the right solutions, present options, close the work, and take care of the customer.

What You'll Do Run residential electrical service and repair calls Diagnose electrical issues and identify additional customer needs Build trust and clearly explain your findings to homeowners Present multiple repair, upgrade, and replacement options Discuss pricing and financing and confidently overcome objections Close opportunities and perform approved electrical work Follow Bardi's service process and deliver a great customer experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of electrical service experience Residential service experience strongly preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Bardi?
