Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for material handling, inventory support, shipping preparation, and movement of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse or material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, stage, and deliver production materials and finished goods to designated areas.
• Assist with packing, crating, and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Receive, label, and store incoming materials in assigned warehouse locations.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Support cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay:

• $17–$18.00/hr

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
