  • License/Certs: Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Experience: Prior nursing experience preferred, large variety of care settings
Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)
  • Shift Differentials:
    • 7am-3pm: +$1.25/hr on weekends
    • 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hr (Mon-Thu), +$3.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
    • 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hr (Mon-Thu), +$5.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
  • Placement Fee: 20%

What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in diverse clinical settings
  • Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Document all patient interactions in accordance with hospital policies
  • Monitor patient safety and report potential risks to the medical team
  • Assist in staff mentorship and supervise care delivery
  • Support recovery-focused environment and promote organizational values
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license in Michigan
  • Prior nursing experience (specific years based on role)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in inpatient, residential, or psychiatric settings
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Experience in diverse populations (youth, adult, elderly)
