Job description

We want our drivers to grow and succeed with us, while maintaining their personal lives and relationships. This position allows you to be *home weekly* while still running consistent miles and earning steady pay. *Job Description:* Haul regional freight across the Southwest. This fleet is tailored for drivers who want predictable home time and efficient lanes, running an average of 2,000 miles per week with a 300-mile average length of haul. *Equipment:* 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths — clean, reliable, and fully supported with 24/7 operations access. *Pay:* Average $1,200 per week — plus performance bonuses available up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity. *Home Time:* Weekly 34-hour resets, regional freight out of Dallas *Freight:* 100% no-touch — 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload *Experience:* 1 year preferred (will train the right candidate) *Additional Benefits:* * *Detention Pay:* $12.50/hour after 2 hours * *Layover/Breakdown Pay:* $100/day * *Vacation Pay:* * 1 year = 1 week * 3 years = 2 weeks * 7 years = 3 weeks * 15 years = 4 weeks * *Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance* * *401(k) with company match* *Requirements:* * Valid Class A CDL * Must be flexible with schedule * Must be willing to undergo background check ???? *Call today! 479-262-0427*
