Como Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member en Carl Endorf - State Farm Agent, serás una parte importante de nuestro equipo y tendrás un impacto directo en la experiencia de nuestros clientes y en el crecimiento de nuestra agencia.

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES


  • Crear y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con nuestros clientes.

  • Dar seguimiento a clientes actuales y potenciales de manera profesional y oportuna.

  • Brindar un servicio al cliente rápido, preciso y cordial.

  • Atender preguntas relacionadas con coberturas de seguros, elegibilidad, cambios de póliza, transferencias, reclamaciones y facturación.

  • Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y presentar productos y servicios que puedan ser adecuados para ellos.

  • Contribuir al crecimiento de la agencia mediante un excelente servicio y relaciones de confianza con nuestros clientes.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS


  • Bilingüe en inglés y español – requisito indispensable.

  • Licencia vigente de Property & Casualty (Propiedad y Accidentes) de Nevada – requisito indispensable.

  • Disposición para obtener las licencias de Seguros de Vida y Salud.

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa trabajando con clientes y gestionando relaciones con ellos.

  • Interés y habilidad para ofrecer productos y servicios basados en las necesidades de cada cliente.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como de escucha activa.

  • Actitud positiva y verdadero compromiso con brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.

  • Capacidad para identificar y anticipar las necesidades de los clientes.

  • Facilidad para comunicarse y establecer relaciones profesionales con diferentes tipos de clientes.
