What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs
  • Use advanced neonatal technologies, including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and nitric oxide (iNO)
  • Collaborate with pediatric specialists, surgeons, and maternal-fetal medicine teams
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate and support nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive care
  • Contribute to a supportive, teamwork-oriented environment
What You Need
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
  • Active license or ability to obtain license in Nevada
  • At least 2 years of neonatal care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
