RR Donnelley is adding Legal Document Specialists to their team!
In this role, we are seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.
Must be able to commute to Phoenix, AZ
Must have clerical or administrative experience with MS Word document creation and formatting.
Shift: Mon - Fri, 11:00pm - 7:00am
Training: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (6weeks onsite)
Pay: $23.08 hourly plus $2.00 shift differential
Hybrid: After 90-day probation 3 days onsite 2 days remote

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $23.08/hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
