About the job Remote Staff AccountantA rapidly growing Private Equity-backed company with over $200M in revenue is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its corporate finance team.With a national footprint built through strategic acquisitions, the company offers a high-growth environment, modern tools, and a team-first culture.This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, who is based in the Northeast.The company offers a flexible, results-driven work environment.Responsibilities :Assist with month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial schedulesReconcile weekly bank activity and support proper coding of transactionsMaintain fixed asset records and track capital expendituresSupport payroll entries, accruals, and reconciliation effortsPrepare audit schedules and assist with internal control documentationGenerate financial reports and support ad hoc analysisWhat Were Looking For :Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-3 years of accounting or finance experienceStrong attention to detail and Excel proficiencySelf-motivated with a desire to grow within a fast-paced teamExperience in public accounting, service-based businesses, or inventory accounting is a plusCPA or CPA track preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits :Base salary in the $65K-$75K rangeMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account and voluntary benefitsLife and disability coverage401(k) with employer match and discretionary contributionsPaid time off and support for continuing educationTo Apply :Please send your resume to Chris Puls at cpuls@linksrecruiting.com.
