Job Title: Warehouse Sorting & Repack Associate / Quality Inspector

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role primarily focuses on sorting, repacking, and organizing products (80% of daily responsibilities), alongside performing vital quality inspection checks (20% of daily responsibilities). The ideal candidate thrives in a routine-driven environment, follows instructions carefully, and maintains a tidy workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Repack & Sorting (80% of workload): Sort, group, and repack items accurately into boxes, plastic containers, and polybags according to client specifications and procedures.
Quality Inspection (20% of workload): Conduct visual, electrical, and mechanical quality checks on incoming and outgoing products using basic measuring equipment.
Rework: Perform minor reworks on non-conforming items per provided instructions.
Instruction & Compliance: Read and follow step-by-step instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and direct guidance from leadership.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep packing stations and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Comfortable performing routine, high-volume sorting and repacking tasks.
Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude to perform straightforward inspections with measuring tools.
