Crowne Health Care of Montgomery is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional RNs and LPN’s. If you are committed to providing high quality of care, we want to talk to you. Nursing Home experience is highly preferred.
We are currently seeking RNs and LPNs with strong leadership skills that enjoys working with our elderly population. The candidate we are looking for should have computer charting knowledge, can multi-task, takes pride in a job well done, excellent attendance and have the drive to be a successful nurse.
The RN/LPN will provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.; render individualized and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs; Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating and utilizing independent judgement in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.; Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
