Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position in Bristol, CT. This opportunity involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a healthcare facility. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering excellent patient care at a busy outpatient center.

Job Details

• Location: Bristol, CT
• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts are Monday through Friday within a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM coverage window. Must be available to work until 7:00 PM two evenings per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license, BLS/CPR certification, at least 3 years of experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical records is a plus.
• Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy care, deliver personalized patient treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with clinical standards.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet licensure requirements prior to start and be prepared to provide documentation upon request.
