Cloud Data Engineer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Cloud Data Engineer.

Position type: Full Time - Contract role
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Columbus, OH

As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will:

• Be creating, updating and managing the mapping documentation from legacy system to new system.
• Be conducting the code reviews and provide feedback to development team.
• Be troubleshooting ETL failures and suggest solutions.
• Be supporting the planning development work in multi-workstream project.
• Be supporting the data warehouse migration from on prem to cloud.
• Be responsible for documenting requirements, mapping data across systems and technical leadership on data team

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of work experience with ETL and Data Modeling on AWS Cloud Databases.
• Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL.
• Experience operating very large data warehouses or data lakes.
• 3+ years SQL Server.
• 3+ years of Informatica or similar technology.
• Knowledge of Financial Services industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience with ETL and Data Modeling on AWS Cloud Databases.
• Experience migrating on-premises data processing to AWS Cloud.
• Experience on Snowflake.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $59.00 – $63.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
