Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a CT Technologist for a day shift position in Washington, D.C. The role involves operating all computed tomography (CT) scanners in the main imaging department to perform diagnostic exams as ordered by physicians. The ideal candidate will have the ability to start intravenous (IV) lines, administer medications and contrast media, and possess relevant certification and experience.

Job Details:

• Location: Washington, D.C.
• Schedule: Days, Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in CT, registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, completion of high school, GED, or college level, and a minimum of one year of radiologic technologist experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Toshiba scanner experience.
• Additional Information: Must be able to perform IV insertions, administer medications, and contrast media. Previous employment within any Johns Hopkins health system facility must be noted in the candidate’s work history. Candidates with prior employment as staff, PRN, or travel within Johns Hopkins facilities must be gone for at least one full year before reapplying as a traveler.
