Channel Marketing Manager

What you will be doing:

Luminys Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth through our distribution and dealer network. This role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Distribution Partners, and Marketing to create campaigns, promotions, training, events, and enablement tools that increase dealer engagement, generate demand, and accelerate sales.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B technology, physical security, networking, or distribution channels and understands how to build successful partner marketing programs.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

Channel Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute channel marketing plans that support company revenue goals.
• Build programs that increase dealer recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Manage marketing initiatives with national and regional distribution partners.
• Align marketing activities with sales priorities and product launches.

Dealer & Distributor Programs:

• Create and manage dealer promotions, rebates, SPIFFs, and incentive programs.
• Coordinate MDF (Market Development Funds) where applicable.
• Develop co-branded marketing campaigns with distributors.
• Measure program ROI and recommend improvements.

Sales Enablement:

• Produce sales tools including:
  • Product brochures.
  • Battle cards.
  • Sell sheets.
  • Presentation decks.
  • Competitive comparison guides.
  • Email campaigns.
  • Landing pages.
  • Support field sales with campaign assets and messaging.

Product Launches:

• Lead go-to-market marketing activities for new product introductions.
• Coordinate launch materials across digital, print, distribution, and events.
• Work with Product Management to translate technical features into customer benefits.

Events & Training:

• Manage trade shows including ISC West, regional distributor events, roadshows, and Lunch & Learns.
• Coordinate dealer webinars and training initiatives.
• Support the Luminys Training Portal with new content and promotions.

Digital Marketing

• Execute email marketing campaigns.
• Support website updates and product pages.
• Work with digital agencies on SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
• Assist with social media and partner communications.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Measure lead generation, dealer engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 3+ years supporting channel sales, distribution, or partner marketing.
• Experience working with distributors and reseller networks.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation platforms.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions.
• Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication.
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication.
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels.
