Requirements **Required: must have actual state license and board certification in hand.** START UP? No EST LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 6+ months PROVIDERS NEEDED (#FT or #PT - # of shifts to cover) 3.5 FT docs. About 42 shifts/month MINIMUM # of SHIFTS ACCEPTABLE 5 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS or other BCs? FNP - ANCC, AANP or other BCs? ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM. If FM trained, physician must show proof of having worked in an ED for the past 2 years Will the facility accept alternative boards? ABPS? no RESIDENCY TRAINED REQUIREMENTS Must have completed an EM or FM residency ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required? ATLS required for FM trained but not EM. ACLS & PALS also required STAFFING MODEL MDDO 49 hrs Mon-Wed and 42 hrs Sat-Sun STAFFING MODEL NPPA 46 hrs Mon-Fri & 36 hrs Sat-Sun PHYSICIAN SHIFT TIMES Mon-Wed: 7a-5p, 10a-8p, 3p-1a, 4p-12a, and 8p-7a. Thurs - Sun: 7a-5p, 10a-9p, 4p-2a, and 8p-7a NPPA SHIFT TIMES Mon-Fri: 6a-6p, 8a-7p, 12p-11p, and 6p-6a. Sat-Sun: 6a-6p, 9a-9p, and 6p-6a ANNUAL VOLUME About 49,500 PATIENTS PER DAY About 135/day % EMS 30% % ADMITTED PATIENTS 22% TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION SCRIBE COVERAGE Yes; 10 hrs per day ED BEDS & FAST TRACK BEDS 42 ED beds ICU BEDS SPECIAL SERVICES BACKUP SPECIALTIES Robust backup specialties on site EMR SYSTEM Meditech. Going to EPIC in March 2025 ACTIVE STATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO PROCEED? yes HOURLY RATE RANGE $400 per hour + travel PAID TRAVEL AND LODGING OR ALL IN RATE?
