We're actively recruiting for a highly skilled Proofreader/Editor in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for providing proofreading and editorial services that deliver and ensure current and accurate information and consistent messaging for our client. Duties (include but are not limited to): - Proofreading speeches for C-suite, executives, and PowerPoint presentations for external audiences, marketing copy for print and digital media, website copy, annual reports and training materials/videos. - Proofreads and edits for nomenclature, content, spelling, grammar, consistent formatting and style, consistent use of terms, accuracy and legibility. - Provides editing and support for creation and dissemination of email blasts, presentations to the Board of Commissioners. - Serves as a department resource for general fact checking, grammar, AP Style and Virginia Housing style.
