Role Highlights

-$20 per hour
-1st shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You Will Do

-Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, and product details
-Process customer orders and handle account updates accurately in Oracle ERP
-Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to resolve customer questions
-Issue return merchandise authorizations and help with basic product troubleshooting
-Participate in daily department meetings to discuss goals and team improvements

What You Will Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent
-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
-Experience assisting international customers is a strong plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
