About the Role
We are seeking an Art Director, Brand Creative to shape and elevate our brand presence across integrated touchpoints. In this role, you will lead visual concepts from blank-slate ideation to final execution—championing brand standards, delivering high-impact creative, and bringing strategic stories to life across print and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Creative Execution: Design and develop multi-channel assets including web, email, display, direct mail, packaging, OOH, proposals, and experiential activations.
Brand Stewardship: Act as a subject matter expert and guardian for brand standards; drive visual consistency, raise creative standards, and advocate for design excellence.
Strategic Problem Solving: Ground creative decisions in consumer trends, data, and business strategy to deliver impactful solutions tailored to diverse campaign briefs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with copywriters, creative directors, brand strategists, marketing leads, and production partners.
Project Ownership & Delivery: Manage concurrent deadlines with autonomy, high attention to detail, and a commitment to error-free output.
Creative Presentation: Articulate and present creative rationale persuasively to internal partners and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
+ years of professional digital design experience (including social, web, or UX/UI design).
+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
An online portfolio showcasing visual strategy and execution.
Preferred:
Experience designing within regulated or premium sectors (Finance, Luxury, Travel).
+ years using Figma and working within complex digital design libraries/systems.
