- Able to lift and carry 75 lbs, repeatedly on a daily basis
- Able to easily work on rooftops
- Basic math skills for counting
- Be reliable, safe and able to attend work on a regular basis
- Able to adhere to all safety protocols
- Able to work in USA without sponsorship
