Manage the Independent Contractors including hiring and termination.Manage Day porters including hiring, termination, scheduling, and training.Ensure buildings have proper supplies.Manage special cleaning projects such as terminals.Train employees on chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.Traveling between client buildings.Participate on bid and estimates for special services.Suggest to clients additional special work and other sales.
