Pay:$18.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliableInserting Machine Operatorto join our production team in Bolingbrook, IL. This position involves operating high-speed inserting machines to process and prepare mail according to client specifications. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate inserting machines based on job specifications
Load materials into machine feeders (e.g., envelopes, letters, inserts)
Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency
Make adjustments and troubleshoot as needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Verify that output meets quality and compliance standards
Complete production logs accurately
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous machine operation or mailing industry experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working under tight deadlines
Basic computer knowledge helpful
