Job Summary and Responsibilities

You will identify and implement significant operating efficiencies for optimal grant fund utilization, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team for program referrals.

Every day you will manage grant projects, focusing on improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of operations through project work, consultation, training, and reporting. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the complexities of grant program management.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a broad understanding of grant management principles, including organizational management, outcome measurement, and budgetary oversight, coupled with outstanding problem-solving skills and a strong background in managing complex projects within tight deadlines. • Develop proposal budgets and complete cost analysis to determine financial feasibility of research grant proposals.
  • Ensure research grant adherence to all funder guidelines and requirements.
  • Facilitate and obtain all necessary institutional approvals prior to submission.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of grant applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
  • Manage the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documents.
  • Negotiate with funding agencies to address any questions or concerns regarding applications.
  • Manage awarded grants, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions of the grant agreement.
  • Draft and finalize all research grant-related interagency agreements, cooperative agreements, and subaward agreements.
  • Coordinate tracking grant expenditures and support the preparation of financial reports to funders and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant-related activities
